Incoming Calls and SMS

 

Incoming Calls and SMS functionality allows seamless communication with customers directly within the Suprata platform. With real-time notifications, users are alerted to incoming calls and SMS messages, ensuring timely responses. The system supports call recording and AI-driven transcriptions, while SMS messages can be viewed and managed via the Chat feature in the Booking tab, providing a centralized communication hub for your business.

 

 

Prerequisites: Authorised Users.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. When a call or SMS is received, the headset icon in the notification bar will blink to notify you.





  2. Click the headset icon or the Booking tab on the main dashboard to enter the Booking page.





  3. To view and reply to SMS messages, click the Chat button.
