Installing QZ Tray
QZ Tray is a cross-platform application designed to enable seamless direct printing from Suprata to local printers without requiring additional steps. It bridges the gap between web applications and connected printers, making it an essential tool for configuring quick and efficient printing for job sheets, labels, invoices, and receipts.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the dropdown menu next to the user profile picture in the top right corner.
- Click Terminal Settings from the list to enter the Preferences (Terminal Settings) page.
- You will be required to install the QZ Tray. Click the install the QZ Tray link to be directed to the Download QZ Tray page.
- Click the green Direct Download button.
- Find the file in downloads and open.
- Click Next >.
- Click Install.
- Once complete, click Close.
