Introduction to Price Lists

 

The Pricelists section provides a centralized location for managing all products, services, and discounts your business offers. With an intuitive and structured interface, you can create, update, and organize Pricelists to ensure consistency across all transactions and streamline operations. This tool allows for the customization and categorization of items, making it easier to align your offerings with your business needs.

Pricelists include detailed information such as item types (products, services, and discounts), associated SKUs, pricing details, and vendor information. Each item can also be assigned tax categories, ensuring compliance with regional tax regulations.

From the Pricelist dashboard, you can:

  • View Pricelist Details: Access all active and deactivated items in a clear, sortable table.
  • Add New Items: Quickly add products, services, or discounts with detailed fields like price, base cost, and vendor details.
  • Manage Pricelists: Apply specific Pricelists to jobs, update prices as needed, and search for items within the list for quick reference.
  • Import Data: Use the Import from Pricebook feature to bring in data from vendor pricebooks, saving time on manual entry.
