Introduction to Agreements

  The Agreements section enables you to create and manage service contracts with clients, streamlining the setup and tracking of various service agreements. Here, you can initiate a new agreement by associating it with an existing or newly created account, then customize it with specific details such as an agreement nickname, contract starting date, and contract type. The system allows you to easily search for agreements by client name, company, email, or phone number, ensuring quick access to any existing contract. Integrated communication options, like call tracking, facilitate client interactions directly from this interface, making it simple to maintain organized and efficient contract management.     Prerequisites: All authorised users.            

Creating Agreements

  Here you can create agreements tailored to individual client needs, assigning pre-existing service agreements to them. You can select an existing account or create a new one to associate with the agreement. Each agreement includes an internal reference nickname, a contract starting date, and a contract type. This setup provides an organized and customizable way to manage client service commitments, ensuring each agreement is clearly defined and easy to track.     Prerequisites: Authorised Users.     Instructions     From the main Dashboard, click the Agreements tab.

Adding Single Jobs to Agreements

  Adding single jobs to agreements allows you to create and associate individual tasks or projects directly with an existing agreement. This feature provides flexibility in managing specific job requirements while maintaining a clear link to the overarching agreement. Tracking Agreement Status

  Tracking the status of agreements helps you stay informed about their current state, ensuring effective management of ongoing commitments. The status of an agreement is clearly displayed under its title, using intuitive color codes: green for Open, black for Closed, and red for Cancelled. This visual indicator provides a quick and easy way to monitor and manage agreements at a glance.     Prerequisites: Authorised Users.     Instructions     Open the agreement you wish to view the status of.

Agreement Metrics

  The Agreement Metrics section provides a detailed snapshot of a service agreement's status, financial performance, and associated activities. Authorized users can view key information such as payment status, total jobs, outstanding tasks, revenue, costs, and profit margins. Additional details include customer account information, related invoices and estimates, and any notes or signatures tied to the agreement. This centralized overview ensures clear tracking and efficient management of each agreement’s progress and outcomes.     Prerequisites: Authorised Users.     Instructions
