SMS Templates

 

The SMS Templates feature in Suprata allows businesses to customize and automate client communication through pre-defined text message templates. These templates ensure clear and consistent messaging for appointment confirmations and dispatch notifications, reducing no-shows and improving customer satisfaction. With placeholders for dynamic variables, each message is personalized and tailored to your client's specific details, streamlining communication and enhancing professionalism.

 

 

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.





  2. You will enter the Administration Dashboard.





  3. Click on Communication Settings.





  4. Click SMS Templates from the expanded Communication Settings tab to enter the Admin Settings (SMS Template) page.





  5. Edit the fields as required:

    Appointment Confirmation Notification SMS (Required): This field defines the SMS template sent to contacts when confirming an upcoming appointment. It helps ensure that clients are reminded of their appointments with all the necessary details.

    Example Message: "Hi there %fname%! You have an upcoming appointment at %time%. Please click here to confirm: %link%. If you have any questions, give us a call at 888-345-3344."


    Dispatch Notification SMS (Required): This field is for the SMS template used to notify clients when technicians are dispatched to their location. It ensures the customer is informed about the arrival of the service team.

    Example Message: "Hi there %fname%! Our technicians are headed your way now! Expect us to arrive shortly. If you have any questions, give us a call at 888-345-3344."



  6. Once complete, click Save Changes.



  7. You will now see a green banner confirming “Settings Saved” appear at the top of the screen.
