PhoneLink Settings

 

The PhoneLink Settings page allows you to configure key settings for integrating Twilio services into Suprata. These settings enable calls and SMS functionality, control call recording options, and customize outgoing call announcements. Proper configuration ensures seamless communication while adhering to business requirements and legal compliance.

 

 

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.





  2. You will enter the Administration Dashboard.





  3. Click on Communication Settings.





  4. Click Setup PhoneLink from the expanded Communication Settings tab to enter the Twilio Settings page.





  5. Edit the fields as required:

    Enable Calls and SMS via Twilio: Toggles the integration of Twilio for enabling calls and SMS functionality within the platform. Set to "Yes" to activate Twilio features.

    Record Outgoing Calls?: Determines whether outgoing calls made through the built-in dialer are recorded. Set to "Yes" to enable call recording.

    Announce "This Call Is Being Recorded" on Outgoing Calls?: Configures whether an automatic announcement is played at the start of outgoing calls to notify the recipient that the call is being recorded. Set to "Yes" to enable the announcement.

    Outgoing "Recorded" Connection Message: Customizable greeting message played when the "This Call Is Being Recorded" announcement is enabled.



  6. Once complete, click Save Changes.



  7. You will now see a green banner confirming “Settings Saved” appear at the top of the screen.
