Viewing Call Logs
The Call Logs feature allows users to track and manage all telecommunication activity, including incoming and outgoing calls. It provides details such as call dates, phone numbers, durations, statuses, and links to recordings and AI transcription. With filtering, search, and export options, the Call Logs page ensures efficient call management and documentation.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Reporting tab.
- Click Call Logs from the dropdown menu to enter the Call Logs page.
- Here you can perform the following actions and view the following columns:
Reporting Date Range: The top allows you to specify the date range for displayed call logs. Alternatively, you may click on any of the following blue buttons: Today, This Month, Year to Date or All Time
Call Details Table displays the following columns:

- Date: Shows when the call occurred.
- Number: Displays the phone number involved in the call.
- In/Out: Indicates whether the call was incoming (blue icon) or outgoing (green icon).
- Length: Duration of the call.
- Status: The outcome of the call (e.g., "In Progress," "Answered," "No Answer").
- Recording: A link to the call recording and AI Transcription, if available (click the blue icon to access).
- Date: Shows when the call occurred.
Search Field: Allows you to filter the call logs by keyword or number.
Export Options: Buttons at the bottom enable exporting the call logs in different formats (e.g., Copy, PDF, Excel, CSV, or Print).
