Accessing Recordings and AI Transcripts
Accessing Recordings and AI Transcripts allows authorized users to review call recordings and AI-generated transcripts for both incoming and outgoing calls. This functionality ensures accountability, enhances customer interaction insights, and supports compliance requirements. By accessing the detailed call records, users can replay recordings, verify call content, and reference transcriptions for quick communication reviews or documentation needs. The system provides an intuitive interface, ensuring effortless navigation and accessibility to essential call data.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Reporting tab.
- Click Call Logs from the dropdown menu to enter the Call Logs page.
- Click the blue audio document icon for the corresponding call record, you wish to review, located in the Recording column.
- You will see the Incoming Call Details popup. Here you can view key details, listen to the recording, and read the transcript.
