Add Hold Reasons
Adding Hold Reasons allows you to define specific scenarios where a job might be temporarily paused, ensuring clear communication and streamlined workflow management. These reasons can include situations such as awaiting customer feedback, equipment delays, or payment issues. By standardizing Hold Reasons, your team can maintain transparency, track paused tasks effectively, and minimize disruptions in job progress. Once added, hold reasons can be easily applied and managed within the platform for improved operational efficiency.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
- You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
- Click on Job Settings.
- Click Hold Reasons from the expanded Job Settings tab to enter the Manage Hold Reasons page.
- Click Add Hold Reasons to enter the New Hold Reason page.
- Fill in the Hold Reason Field.
- Once complete and all details have been checked for accuracy click Save.
- The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Hold Reasons page where you will now see your added Hold Reason.
