Add Cancel Reasons
Adding Cancel Reasons allows administrators to define clear and consistent reasons for job cancellations within the system. This feature helps streamline workflows, improve communication, and maintain accurate records of canceled jobs. By specifying cancellation reasons, businesses can track patterns, address operational inefficiencies, and ensure team alignment on the status of jobs. Once configured, these reasons can be applied to relevant jobs, enhancing transparency and accountability across your organization.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
- You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
- Click on Job Settings.
- Click Cancel Reasons from the expanded Job Settings tab to enter the Manage Cancel Reasons page.
- Click Add Cancel Reasons to enter the New Cancel Reason page.
- Fill in the Cancel Reason field.
- Once complete and all details have been checked for accuracy click Save.
- The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Cancel Reasons page where you will now see your added Cancel Reason.
