Introduction to Estimates
The Estimates section enables you to create and manage detailed cost estimates for clients, providing a structured way to outline services and products offered, along with any applicable discounts. When creating a new estimate, you can select a term (such as a 7-day or 30-day estimate) and apply a custom theme if needed. Each estimate includes essential details, including the issue date, validity period, and client information. In the main estimate view, you can add services, products, or discounts, and rearrange items as necessary to tailor the estimate to the client’s needs. The estimate also provides a summary with subtotals, tax, and total due, making it easy for both you and the client to understand the expected costs.
